Breckenridge Biking

The town of Breckenridge has really gone out of its way to provide the perfect venue for bikers of all ages and abilities. There are 40 miles of paved biking/hiking trails in and around town, daily guided tour groups to Boreas Pass, or take the lift up to the top of Peak 8 for miles of trails and views of entire Ten Mile Range. The local bike pathways system connects up with various trails systems throughout Summit County, linking you to rides along Lake Dillon, Frisco and along Ten Mile Creek to Copper Mt. Resort and all the way to Vail if you so desire.

Breckenridge is in the heart of some of the best fishing in the world. Explore literally thousands of miles of streams, rivers, lakes and reservoirs for your enjoyment; beginning right in town on the Blue River! Rivers also include the Colorado, South Platte, Arkansas and the Williams Fork; most within an hour's drive of town. Breckenridge is also a haven for great dry fly fishing in numerous small streams around town. Several local vendors offer virtually any kind of trout fishing you want on both public and private water throughout the area.

Play on one of the "America's Top 75 Upscale Golf Courses", the Breckenridge Golf Club is owned and operated by the Town of Breckenridge and is the only Jack Nicklaus designed course open to public play.
